We are Chartered Physiotherapists with over 27 years of experience in rehabilitation within the NHS and private sector. Through our practice we recognise the importance of strengthening our core, including abdominals and pelvic floor, to prevent injury, return to fitness, and improve muscle tone and confidence.

Upcoming Pilates Classes at Gamston Village Hall

 
 
 

The programme aims to develop your strength and control throughout the 8 week course, each week building on the skills you have gained on the previous. Prior to the course we will request you complete a health questionnaire to enable us to individualise the course content specifically for the attendees.

Our Pilates course will run on Mondays. Each session will start promptly at 6:30pm, please arrive for 6.20pm. All equipment including mats, blocks and balls will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
